JASON FLETCHER // OWNER
Jason brings 20+ years as a sales, marketing, and finance leader spanning a variety of industries in order to be the driving force of the Forward Financial team. Jason has been a leading partner in RevThink, fueling the revolution of owner-driven studios, since 2011. He created Forward Financial Group in 2014 when he noticed a need for creative companies to partner with financial professionals that understand their unique needs. When Jason isn't leading the Forward Financial team he is in the garage pursuing his passion for classic cars or spending time with his beautiful wife Shae and his kids: Parker, Presley, Peyton, and Sterling.
APRIL THOMAS // ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST
April brings 15+ years of business and finance management experience to the team. Coupled with her knowledge of business across multiple industries she loves to help creative companies streamline their financial functions and practices so they run both efficiently and effectively. When she is not creating finance magic for our clients she is busy chasing around her three boys: James, Jonah and Judah, adventuring with her husband Jonathan, or creating crafty things and buying plants!
ASHLEY BURTON // BOOKKEEPER
Ashley joined the Forward Financial team in early 2022. She has incredible drive starting as an independent contractor at 22 and opening her own business at 25. She's always had a love of numbers and takes pride in making sure our client's books are balanced and precise! She is Quickbooks ProAdvisor and Gusto People Advisor certified and completed the Bookkeeper Training school course! She thrives on helping our creative companies save time and stay organized so they can focus on the heart of their business.
